Our advanced Ray-Hc900 Flatbed PCB Hole Checker with Unloading System is meticulously designed for post-drilling and pre-packaging steps of PCB manufacturing. It ensures flawless detection of hole quantity, diameter, and quality, including plug holes, foreign bodies, and various defect characteristics. Equipped with a cutting-edge high-precision CIS scanning system, it offers automatic positioning, image processing, and detection capabilities, making OK/NG judgments effortlessly.
